The experience should be based on human, financial, and material resources management, planning, and control. All applicants are required to sign a contract in Quebec with any financial intermediaries.

 For permanent residency of immigration programs, as of January 1, 2020, all applicants can show that they have a proper understanding and knowledge of Quebec values. Applicants need to complete a course related to Quebec values or a Quebec values test to do this

Application Requirements for Quebec Immigrant Investor Program

 All applicants must submit applications for the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP) during the corresponding intake periods. Currently, the Immigrant Investor Program is closed. Further details will be released by the immigration ministry soon. A 2-step application process must be carried out by new permanent residents-

 Selection – The selection is based on the provincial level. All applicants are required to apply for Quebec Selection Certificate/ Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) to the Quebec province.

 Admission – It takes place at the federal level. Applicants must apply with CSQ to the federal government for permanent resident status. Applicants have to undergo a medical exam as well as police background inspection to ensure their entry to Canada.

 The applicant can seek approval for the status of permanent resident in Canada after seeking approval of the application at both the federal and provincial levels.
