  This pathway is ideal for applicants with strong human resources with the requisite expertise, abilities, job experience, and preparation relevant to Manitoba's on-demand list of occupations, as well as family members residing in Manitoba.

 It is important to remember that this route is available to applicants who follow the eligibility requirements of other Manitoba PNP streams. These applicants must have an active Express Entry profile and must comply with the criteria of Express Entry, including the requisite language proficiency scores.

 Interested applicants with a minimum age of 18 years and a minimum academic qualification of Class 12 must demonstrate an active Express Entry profile by supplying the authorities with a valid Express Entry ID and Career Seeker Validation Code. Applicants are also required to have an educational certificate assessment if completed in countries except for Canada and appropriate funds.

 In terms of work experience, applicants must have appropriate work experience of at least six months in the profession referred to in the list of occupations on demand. Applicants to request a complete career plan.

 One of the key changes to the Manitoba PNP is the implementation of the Manitoba Human Resource Pathway (HCP). The route was to be launched in 2019 but was postponed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. This route eventually got past 2020.

 This pathway is suitable for international professional employees who have the qualifications and training needed, as shown in the list of in-demand occupations.

 Interested applicants must have full-time work experience of at least six months, must have the requisite Canadian Language Benchmark (IELTS), appropriate academic skills and preparation, at least 18 years of age at the time of submission of a visa application (no points given to an applicant 45 years of age or older), able to work and stay in Manitoba, adequate funds must have a close relative. International Education Stream

This stream qualifies graduating or graduated students from universities in Manitoba to have fast processing of nomination. It has three categories –

 Graduate Internship Pathway

 Please note foreign students, who graduated from universities located in other Canadian provinces, do not qualify under this stream. Such candidates can apply under Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream.

Business Investor Stream
