Admissions Procedure

 Normally, the IELTS requirement does not apply. Applications are accepted twice a year for undergraduate programs. In order to gain admission to Cyprus universities for undergraduate or bachelor's degree, any candidate who wishes to study in Cyprus must have obtained a secondary level education or the equivalent of twelve years of schooling. Similarly, in order to get admitted to the post-graduate level, students must complete undergraduate-level education or Bachelor's level education. However, there is also a June intake for such classes. Student visas are arranged by the institution.

Required Tests

 The Students are expected to follow the General Undergraduate Entry requirements, and students are expected to reach a reasonable Grade Point Average by the end of their first year if they are not cleared.

English Placement Test (EPT)

 For Cyprus Universities and Colleges English IS NOT a criterion for admission. Before being eligible to apply for their academic study program, all local, EU, and foreign students are expected to take the English Placement Test (EPT). For one or two semesters, students with a low grade of English proficiency would have to apply for the English Intensive Course. Students with the following English credentials will be removed from the EPT and will be automatically enrolled in their chosen Undergraduate Academic Program.

 Most students are provided with on-campus and they prefer to stay the first couple of years of their studies. Permanent Residency

There are majorly two types of permanent residency visa:

 Cyprus Permanent Residence – Permit without the right to work.

 Cyprus Permanent Residence – With a permit.
